Adding Items To Your Cart
You can add items to your cart by
clicking on the PRODUCT CATALOG button
found at the top left of any page. Any
sections under the PRODUCT CATALOG
contain items which you can purchase.
To add items to your cart, click the
“ADD TO CART” button found
next to the item you wish to
purchase. This button can be found on
the catalog page and the page containing
the item’s full description. Once
you have clicked the “ADD TO
CART” button, an orange bar will
appear above the product listing
indicating that the item was
successfully added to your cart. This
indicator bar tracks the number of items
you have added to your cart during your
current visit.
The Checkout Process
When you are done adding items to your
shopping cart, you can click the cart
button at the top right of any page or
you can click the CHECKOUT button (on
top of orange indicator bar) on any of
the product catalog pages. If you have
shopped with us before, you will be
prompted to log in to your account. If
you are a new customer, you will have
the opportunity to create one. Once you
have successfully created your account
or logged in, you will be forwarded to
the final purchasing page of the
checkout process.
Order Status
You can check the status of your order
by clicking the ACCOUNT button at the
top right of any page in our site. You
will be prompted to enter your email
address and password to log in. Once
you are logged in to the ACCOUNT page,
click the “VIEW ORDER
STATUS/HISTORY” link to see all
purchases you have made through
seleneriverpress.com since June 16,
2005, starting with your most recent
purchase. Click on any order that has
not yet arrived to view its shipping
status and tracking information.
Refund Policy
Selene River Press has a 30-day Return
Policy (from the date of purchase), with
accompanying receipt or invoice. To
request a refund for purchase(s) made
through this website or via phone,
please call 1-866-407-9323 or email us
by clicking here.
Be sure to include your order number and
your email address in your email or have
it available if you prefer to contact us
by phone.
