Dr. Keppel demonstrates various 1-3 minute tests you can do in your office to assess nutrition and adjustment needs.
Calcium Cuff Test
The calcium cuff test is so important and easy to perform. Why is it important you ask? Because there is more calcium in the body than all the other minerals combined! Calcium is vital for many of the body’s system. At the top of MY list is the immune response.
This test is checking to see if calcium is getting into the tissues, in this case the muscles. Is calcium going where it should? If the person does not pass this test, then you MUST determine if the person is getting enough calcium and if the calcium is getting where it is needed. Is the calcium moving out of the gut and into the blood? This is the duty of Vitamin D, to move calcium from the gut to the blood. But it still won’t get where it is needed until it is moved from the blood to the tissues, which is the job of Cataplex F. Simple and quick, this test is vital!
