One of the least enjoyable aspects of being a nutritionist is bringing people’s awareness to the foods that they’re eating that are hurting them, because you’re coming between them and an old emotional connection from something. But that doesn’t mean I can stop telling people that these foods are harming them, because awareness is obviously one of the most important pieces.
And this is why I’m so grateful that there are so many other people out there helping to bring awareness to this. And one of those that does it really, really well is a company called Selene River Press—and specifically this article from Danielle LeBaron that I’m going to show you, that I want to share. This is a resource that I think everybody should know about.
The Selene River Press Company—they do a great job with these great blogs. And in this specific post, she really does start to get deep into how we really can’t just be quiet about all of these recipes that people are posting, because it is creating chaos. She goes through all the ingredients in this recipe she heard and shows why. You know, and we wonder why people are sick and tired and have all these problems.
And then at the bottom, she gives all of these great resources. Because this is what Selene River Press is—it’s an excellent resource for so many things. And if you haven’t looked into them yet, please look into them if you are somebody who’s a seeker of truth, seeker of health, and wanting to be aware of what you can do to keep your health as strong as possible, to keep yourself as healthy as possible for as long as possible.
Because that’s what we’re all about here. Longevity. This is probably one that you want to include in your roster of information that you’re consuming.
There’s a lot of information out there to consume, and I am selective myself about the resources that I share, but I’m open to new ones that I think are going to help elevate and educate me more.
For the last, oh man, it must be 15 years or so, I’ve done this pilgrimage to Colorado every September for something called Back to School for Doctors, where Mark Anderson has been teaching so many wonderful things over the years. And one of the best things that came from me going out there was being introduced to Selene River Press, and knowing all of the resources that I’ve been able to take from them and share with people like you, so that you can have access to things that are going to empower you and make you stronger.
