Cooking for Well-Being Teacher Training with Traditional Food Chef Monica Corrado

Learn to Cook

Fermented, sprouted, soaked, cultured—these “new” food trends are old traditions, and they’re making a big comeback. If you want to get on the path to better health with these traditional techniques, here’s your chance to learn from an expert. From March 19–22, food guru Monica Corrado is offering her Level I: Learn to Cook class, a four-day intensive training that will help get you started on making your own traditional foods.

Monica is a traditional food chef, holistic Certified Nutritional Consultant, member of the Honorary Board of the Weston A. Price Foundation, and a professional member of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants.

The training will cover culturing dairy products, lacto-fermentation, making bone broth and meat stock, soaking beans and whole grains, and more. Only 12 students will be registered, so apply today.

For more information on Monica’s Level I cooking class, visit the SRP Events Calendar.

Monica also presents “Food Talks” Monday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Thrive! Wellness Center, 383 W. Drake Road, Fort Collins, Colorado. Click here to see the schedule for March.
