Culturing Dairy in the Milk Room at Light Root Community Farm
Saturday, October 21 9:30am-12 noon
With Monica Corrado, MA, CNC, CGP
Boulder, Colorado
Join me and other “foodies” in the Milk Room at Light Root Community Farm in Boulder!
Learn about the benefits of raw milk, and how to make it EVEN BETTER for you!

Traditional peoples the world over have cultured or allowed (fresh, raw) milk to sour in order to make it more easily digested, and to increase its nutrient content. Learn to make yogurt, kefir, creme fraiche (cultured cream) and sour cream with ease.

Lactose intolerant? No problem! Learn to make your own yogurt that is lactose-free, the way yogurt is meant to be!

Even pasteurized milk can be made better for you by culturing!

In this workshop, we will make and taste yogurt, kefir, sour cream and creme fraiche.

Space is limited to the first 15 people! Register now!
