ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Now in his fifth decade as a nutritional consultant, Joseph Antell has mentored thousands of healthcare practitioners throughout the United States. Today, he remains dedicated to teaching the practical clinical application of adjuvant nutritional support while sharing his insights on building a successful clinical nutrition practice.

Joseph is a leading expert on the use, interpretation, and application of the Heart Sound Recorder (HSR). Though this technology dates back to the 1930s, it has since been redesigned to run on a laptop computer. The HSR is a groundbreaking general wellness device that helps wholistic healthcare practitioners recognize the nutritional needs of their clients through the use of a graphing body-stress monitor.

Joseph often uses his skills as a nutritional consultant, certified herbalist, and biomeridian technician to help other practitioners improve their own health and lifestyle. Passionate about sharing the knowledge he has accumulated over the course of his career; Joseph wrote Adjuvant Protocols for Healing: A Practitioner’s Manual to convey his extensive experience and in-depth understanding of the nutritional principles expounded by the pioneering founders in nutritional discovery.

In 2009, Joseph began developing a mentorship program designed to pass on clinical wisdom and life experience from practitioners to their colleagues. This program is an important stepping stone for clinicians who want to master the timeless nutritional philosophy and principles of Dr. Royal Lee—including Dr. Lee’s belief in using plant and animal sources to restore and maintain optimal health.

Joseph currently arranges educational programs in the United States, coordinating over a hundred teleconferences, study groups, workshops, and seminars every year. Through everything he does, Joseph’s primary intention is to pass on the prophetic wisdom of Dr. Royal Lee and inspire all those who seek to become great healers.

Joseph will review cardiovascular health and why this has become a leading health concern in this country.  He will also introduce the Heart Sound Recorder, a computer-based, low risk, general wellness device that displays, records, and graphs heart sounds. He will demonstrate how the body’s response to certain chemical, nutritional, and emotional stressors are observed in the rate, rhythm and tone of the heart using this type of device and how comparison graphs assist in determining the effectiveness of actions taken to support the patient’s quality of life.

Joseph’s program will provide knowledge needed to understand and utilize nutritional care in supporting cardiovascular health.
