There always seems to be a new bombastic voice declaring the next wave of “microbial assault” upon the human race. The news media shout out a plethora of messages about how microbes, bacteria, and viruses cause sickness and disease. The voices of fear and paranoia claim that these microbes are sweeping across the human race, bringing disease and destruction to all of humanity. Is this truth? Or is it a lie that is told over and over until we believe it?
Given that 95% of all bacteria are beneficial to the human body, microbes and man are inseparable. Actually, only about 5% of all bacteria are pathogenic. Good bacteria are beneficial, and many are essential for our ability to adapt to the internal and external environments.
Our body’s ability to adapt is an Innate Biological relationship between microbe and man. This relationship is described as the “Innate Adaptation Package.” It is the innate immune system that, from birth, provides defense against pathogens. Like a watchman over our health, essential information from all cellular reactions is transmitted to our brain over spinal nerve tracks. Thus, our Innate Life expresses defensive protective bodily functions without us even thinking about it.
Let’s focus on and incorporate the cultivation and growth of the 95% good and beneficial microbes. And these are not just beneficial bacteria! An estimated 350-380 trillion beneficial viruses also form part of the microbiological environment that safeguards our health. This is estimated to be 10 times greater than the number of beneficial probiotic bacteria. These good viruses and probiotic bacteria are our first line of immune defense and protection. Let’s enhance their well-being. Supply them with life-giving nutritional support so they can be your warrior army fighting to keep you healthy.
Let’s restore our gut digestive and immune health with Standard Process nutritional components, such as Zymex, for promoting the function of favorable intestinal flora. Okra Pepsin for reestablishing the healthy intestinal lining. And Lactic Acid Yeast Wafers for healthy bacterial integrity of the bowel to inhibit the growth of toxic microorganisms.

Add fermented vegetables like sauerkraut and cultured dairy like kefir and buttermilk to your daily meals. Create a healthy biological relationship in your digestive ecosystem. This is your body’s digestive business. To run a productive, efficient, and profitable business, you must engage the raw materials, tools, and intelligence, and get involved in your health. Like my father always told me, “The cows won’t milk themselves, so get up and put your work clothes on.”
Let’s get up, put on our “work clothes” of knowledge, and enjoy our greatest goal—Real Health.
